I commend any of you for the effort and dedication it takes to keep the best forum up and running. I know that I've overstepped my boundaries a few times and was kindly steered in the right direction. And Jim, as being self employed for basically my whole life, its a hard step as those that are self employed usually work twice as hard and you can never leave work as its always on your mind, good luck and remember to keep time for yourself!! It pays off in the end.
