not too high of a quality its a flier / fc esc relabeled. They work almost flawless for the first 5-10 runs then 90% of them stop working or start to malfunction. It sux because they could be a great deal if they worked correctly. The only flier esc that i could recommend is the 8s 250 amp from modellboatpirate at it can handle bursts of just under 425 amps. He is in the process of working on a hv model as well so cant wait to see results the changes he makes on them is what makes it worth buying that esc otherwise i would never think of buying it.
No experience with this controler yet,but a German is going to deliver new esc for the big engines like the tp100 with max 24 kw in the near future.

Im having problem startup the esc in my boat, usually first time connect an esc such as swordfish, I usually pull the throttle max before I connect the battery but this esc don't response to that and by the way mines is a 4s-22s 400a. Hope you guys can help me out here.

Those esc's arm differently. Took me some time to sort it out. They actually have an auto throttle detection so you don't need to hold the throttle when you connect. depending on the radio you may have to reverse the throttle. If all else fails hold the throttle full reverse (away from grip) for 12 sec. The motor should start to spin
