P-Limited Sport Hydro Hull

Thanks for the kind words fells, I appreciate it. It's really been dumb luck and time for me. This is my third season with the boat and it turns so well. This has been a very competitive class for our club. There are other classes that are very popular in the club and probably have more entries sometimes, but nothing is as competitive as our P-Limited Sport Hydro class... What some of you guys have done with the UL-1 (Jimmy and Mark) hull truly is commendable. Bob, Tom, Fred, and Pete have come a long way and always have fast boats and can win on any given day. Terry has taken a year or so off from P-Limited Sport Hydro, I used to be chasing him until he took a hiatus. He'll be there giving all of us fits in no time! Ken is back this year and we have several others that are learning and getting better every race. 2013 is going to be a fun one!

Ya know what I want to see is how that class will look for the MCup. Doug and Sean are always stupid fast and if we can get Jason up from Florida I would think these would be some of the sickest heats in the country.

BTW - Regarding durability, THIS happened last year at practice. She's a little thin on the sides. I was back on the water 30minutes later with a little tape though!

O boy That did hurt, That rigger didnt like it either I bet. If I make another for you we will have to make it like old iron sides. Hard to kill one of the epoxy boats they do fix easily.
I thinking of building the Stealths with a primer coat so there is less crying about painting.

She took that rigger like a champ. New paint and she's as good as new. The hull has definitely seen it's days and is still holding up well. Light and strong. Very impressed. Would be even cooler if you offered them in finished gelcoat!
