I don't know what you mean, the price or kv, they are both 2200kv, "y" wind. Fine Design has Leopard make their "Orange/Gold " motor cans and water jacket. OSE just imports them w/o the cosmatics so it is less expensive.

I have the OSE 4082 , 2000 kv in my MHZ Lizard Xtreme, runs great.
I also have the Fine-Leopard 2200kv, also a good motor.
I don't race, now that I learned a bit, for me I prefer the 2000 kv for a bit of longer run time and bit of margin of comfort.
