Ok, yes I had a conversation with Kevin, my name is Ralph ford I live in watsontown pa, I had an order before all this bs at fc started. I basically hounded whoever at fc and ended up talking to Kevin. And after a long conversation I am saying that I will purchase product from them. And it sounds like Ben has some explaining to do. I understand his stance as well as everyone else at fc. I'm not an employee just a customer. I'm not sketchy either! I say what I mean and mean what I say, if anyone has a problem with that I'll give you my number or address and I'll state my opinion! Honest and appreciative

Future. Sounds like they have some work ahead but I feel I'm not at liberty to say as it doesn't concern you, as all but two order have been rectified. And I am one of those two! I don't know if he's sketchy or not, but he has given us no reason to believe what he says - did it come from the FC management, is it a guess on his part, did he read it on RC Universe? No clue. Just too much BS involved with this whole FC mess. When will it end? How will it end? "Stand by for an update".....yeah.

Are you talking about the 37$ discount? That was me. My order has been shipped but when they shipped it they put on a discount and then didn't pay me. I'm not complaining that they didn't pay me I'm just stating the facts.

I think FC is peeking at these threads and is allowing everyone to keep the drama going...................cant hurt 'em at this point, they can only go up from here.

As far as this "Cooper" member, he does need to answer as to where he got his info and not just throw very specific statements out there without a source, not many folks here really "know" much of him I guess. He seems to be a regular "Joe" like the rest of us based on this post I found from him............he does/did have $$ caught up in the mess:

With them, Kevin, if any disputes were personal accounts then how to fix them? I don't know the specifics of yours, and I know you are not complaning.

Mine was not personal at all. I was not told it was happening and it wasn't until the order shipped (yesterday), so it was done by Kevin.

I received an email that Ben had the controller I ordered. I was offered a store credit, refund, or wait for Ben. I opted for the refund but have not received one. Not complaining, not a lot of money, just the facts as well. At this point I'm not worried about it. FC has some good stuff and I'm sure we will square up at some point...

Well I had a package at my door today , Actually two packages. One I expected the other was from FighterCat. Inside was a 300 amp ESC to replace the one I sent bacj to Ben. Whoever sent it Thank You , Not complaining at all but some response to email might slow the negative posts here. I have tried to remain positive and it seems to have paid off. That is if this ESC works as intended. I have the programmer so I will get that going soon. Thanks . Mark.

I wish they would answer their emails, I have emailed them twice, with no response, I want to order some atuff in the future, but I am a little worried to do so if they cant answer a email.

That's the issue, they are losing business by not responding to emails. They are honoring orders but they don't seem to care about the customers.
