Well, all i know is a 2-8s 240a esc and programmer were paid for by me and Ben was suppose to send my Neu 1521 1y motor back with that order after having it over 3 months of supposed "testing" with their controllers. I have emailed the old address and new address, neither of which i have received a reply. As soon as i get home i plan on doing a claim with paypal. I am starting to feel like my new Neu has been stolen from me with no chance of getting it back at this point. This is starting to remind me of twisted liquid racing. I will be sure fightercat, new owner or not gets a bad rep if i do not get my money or parts. Not very pleased right now if you cannot tell. Mike, ML Boatworks

Are these people just plain crazy, if they dont fix all this messed up stuff and do it NOW, who in their rite mind, would, or will, give them a cent of the hard earned money, they must just not care???

I do find it AWFULY funny how all the sudden his email gets "hacked" in the midst of this BS fest. Thats all.

How long has that email been active? And now out of the blue...

Its common place in the cyber world to claim "I was hacked" to cover tracks of this or that.

Despite the waves, whomever is ultimately is in control really dropped the ball.

The website and forum should of been better protected. This situation could of went over much another that way.

Hopefully these wrongs can be righted and we can all go back to a positive point.

As for hacking emails, I got that too, however i dont find it "out of the blue" or unusual etc etc. I get hacked emails from a lot of forum members who have my email address... at least 1 or 2 a week.

as far as the phone goes if it was a company phone then Ben may not have it any more and if it wasn't passworded then who ever has it could easily send messages or emails

Looks like Bens personal email was hacked, too. Got some spam from him today.

As an employee of a major internet provider, I can vouch that hacked email's are more common than anyone can imagine. 20% of inbound calls deal with email issue's and 10% of those deal with security issue's or breached email account's. Regardless of what people see in courts or what a judge believes or even what is reported in the media, if your not in the thick of it, then you are simply speculating.

Just funny, hundreds of links back to Fc are left on this forum, I add a link back to OSE on the FC forum and get a "Dick" comment then booted.

All of that hacked email stuff is good and well, but i have emailed both email addresses and have a tracking number for something that was never dropped off. Im out $400 right now and very much pissed. They have not even replied to a paypal claim.....just what ahould that tell you. Mike

I hear ya Mike. I would be in the same state of mind. I surely can't say that a hacked email is the case, in fact I doubt it but I feel as though his email has been taken over by the "new management" and they are not responding accordingly. I sent an email to Ben 2 weeks ago with no response.

My email was hacked before. Not sure what the purpose of that is. Send random crap and viagra websites from my address does what........? Pisses off everyone in my address book. That's all I could ever come up with. The timing is suspect to have been hacked though.

Mike, if you sent a motor to Ben he probably still has it. If Ben and the "new management" aren't on speaking terms (and I don't have that information either) it will be hard for them to get him to send your gear back. Then if Ben is pissed at them and knows they'll get the heat for your missing gear and money.................... Not saying that absolutely Ben is at fault or even for sure that they're not communicating but after a falling out of sorts it seems plausable. Doesn't help you I know. Sucks.

It's a mess for sure. Hope they get their poop in a group before the damage is beyond repair.
