Teflon liner in Miss Geico or not?

Can anyone tell me if I can just pull out the teflon liner from my Miss Geico? She now has a 4082-2200Kv on 4s thanks to Steve. If so do I just pull it out and load the stuffing tube up with grease? I hear pros and cons. What's the advantage?
