Turn fin size for a 26" hydro?

Will the turn fin here be the correct size for a 26" sport hydro?

That will most likely be to big..I use one on my campbell shovel which i made myself from that pattern and scaled it to about 3/4's the size...

I have had a bunch of customers use that with hydros as small as 24" and it worked well.

I use it on a 24" H&M Viper, works terrific.
