Mind made up. A neu 1509 1y and a hydra 120. 4s as suggested. I can race with this setup?

If you want to race, don't make up your mind yet. See what classes are run in your area. It may be a P-Limited Sport Hydro class in which case the UL1 motor would be your best choice. If you need any help finding a club for your area, let us know.

That equates to more than 50,000 rpm's. On 4S a ammo 2300 and seaking 90 would be good for over 40 mph on a prather 215.
