I've spent more time on the phone with this company over the last three days than I have spoken to my wife in the last year!

Lets see. A quick overview. Sort of in this order.

I ran some testing on Thursday because people complained about the site being slow.
When rebuilding / optimizing(supposedly) some of the forum files. The thing crapped out and all hell broke loose from there.
Next I contacted my IT guy of of course is on Holiday vacation until Monday.
So trying to work it out on my own, I spent the last three days with different tech guys at West Host trying to figure out the problem.
Each guy and their higher ups blamed VB Forums and said the issue was on my end. FINALLY a guy with a brain at West Host worked on the problem and found it was their issue and fixed it.
Man its tough to get good help these days.
