hi, is there a good water cooled motor that is the equivilent of the proboat 1500kv motor only shorter? like 60mm say?

hull is custom made mono, 790mm, havent got bateries or props yet. i have a hyperperformance leg that im altering to take a proboat engine cowl, so need a short motor.

No. It's not 74. Spec motors are 3656.

cool! so the proboat motor should be fine then! what battery would go well with that? im using a seaking 180amp ESC too.

53mm from the mounting face, 56 if you include the boss in the center where the shaft comes out. Just measured one.

1500kv will do fine with 4-6S. Just make sure they are at least 30C, 40 if less than 5000mah. In my Geico I always ran 4S, 2P though.
