What KV are the Leopards?

Have you checked resistance between the 3 motor wires ? 1-2? 1-3? 2-3?
If zero or shorted(>10ohm).. the motors have burnt.

It's extremely odd that bec works on both sides and yet no motor beep.

Oscarel - motors are 2200 kv.

drwayne - I do not know how to check the ohm reading.

Just plugged in my old BJ26 motor and nothing coming out of that motor...

One more thing i just noticed. When you plug the esc's in they both get a little green LED light that flashes once on the back of the circuit board, one of the esc's has three red LED flashed though after the initial one green flash.

Well, that says the motors are okay...

green light is power on confirmation
red light state no signal from Rx [ or no script data in controller]


Lets ask questions from a different perspective...

yes it did work before multiple times, the boat ran great with no problems then all of a sudden this.

1. why did that run stop ?
one of the esc hit low voltage, it crashed, wtf it stopped, or a normal return under it's own power ?
2. have these been swimming ?
the opto coupler can corrupt data feed from Rx = no action
if wet then sun dried, from a murky water.. residual debris can affect pcb .. both may need a good clean ?

.. have you checked the white wire from both esc ?
if dirty/broken or green ends.. this may be that voila' moment ...

else, yup.. they're probably rooted !
