    Please advise!!!

I've got one of the cheap Arpro boats from Nitrorcx.com it came with a cheap 1520 kv outrunner (that, needless to say, I SMOKED). I'm wanting to install the 1800 kv stock Impulse 31 motor (i believe it's a 3656)??? Problem is the boat has a fixed solid drive and as it is...... it sits too low to the floor to get that 36 in there. Then the mounting holes from the fixed drive are too close together for the Proboat motor. So.........i guess I need to rip out that drive and put in a flex drive! BUT.........I don't know where to start w/parts ordering to get a complete driveline and motor mount set up to get this boat back in the water. That's where you boat building pros come in. ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to scrap the thing. The hull isn't actually too bad and I have a good motor and electronics for it. it would be great if someone could just set me up with a list i'd need to have a decent drive system for this thing. Thanks to ALL who read and reply!!!

You will want a strut or stinger of your choice. You want the front of the prop even with the sharp edge of the rudder. So you will have to measure this and looks for a strut that will work. Also note you will need the proper coupler for motor to flex shaft.
