Which MM hull do you have? Now you are going to say what the hell is this guy talking about! There are actually 2 hulls out there --- I bought a bare hull from Steven and it is stronger and noticably different material is used in it!
I bought one of the specials from Remy at Aeromarine and it is much lighter than the one from OSE. And the hatches won't interchange! Not a bad thing but I rolled both hulls at about the same speed(mid 40's) and the heavier hull didn't require any repair whereas the lighter one needed some major attention!
I just mention this so as you seek to go faster ---- maybe you look for the stronger hull!We did it with a Bang!

It's the cheapy but I've layed 3 layers of heavy fg matting and have 6mm ply rails supporting the motor and a 6mm ply deck on the tunnel supporting the stuffing tube, rx and servo. I layed carbon cloth in the hatch. I may have over done itOriginally posted by Eodman View PostWhich MM hull do you have? Now you are going to say what the hell is this guy talking about!
