Do I need to lay carbon fiber down in the hall if so where can I buy it thanks

It totally depends on the speed and abuse the hull will be getting, if you are running it hard and fast it may be a good idea. If it's just a fun boat that won't crash often or at all then it is not really necessary

I put down 2 layers of heavy FG through out the hull and she's strong. I've had plenty of good crashes and flips and it holds up very well. Good luck with your build.

I use 5.7oz carbon fiber plain weave and lay it in west systems epoxy, it's worked great in all my hulls.

Personally, I buy the stuff in bulk because I use it a lot. But it's expensive. For what you need, check out kintec racing. They have a complete kit for an awesome price. You get everything you need.
