IS the ESC in the Picture be good for this motor?? I see there are like to version this is the one with Max 29.6V

Yep, will do just fine. Are you planning to run 8s on that motor?

That ESC will work great - up to 6S. That's fine since that motor works best on 6S too. If you want to run more voltage, get the ICE200HV version.

Was Thinking to run on up to 7S would be ge ok, Fuild it say up to 8s?? on the box.
