The 1/8" flex cable makes it about useless for modern FE power - would you trust it? Clearly designed by someone not conversant with what is happening in the US. $35 is shipping from Thailand.....

Ask the guy a question about the lower and when he responds save him as a seller. That way you can look at the items he continues to sell. That lower might be modifiable to a larger flex. Sure looks like a Hyper or similar lower. Seeing how it comes pretty much complete that could be a good buy if the flex size can be changed.
