I have finally found a source for quality 6mm & 8mm thrust bearings. They will all have metal carrier's with grooved bearings. They will be $8.95. And should be in mid next week.

Hey Darin... What motor would you run in a P Sport with a 6 or 8mm Shaft?

Special order 1521... Has had the endbell screwed/pinned as well...Originally posted by Jeff Wohlt View PostHey Darin... What motor would you run in a P Sport with a 6 or 8mm Shaft?
If length limits don't get voted in, however, I'll be ordering a 1527 with the same shaft size... and getting a larger hull...Darin E. Jordan - Renton, WA

Thanks for the info. Bigger motors and bigger hulls for P....it is amazing how we tried to keep hulls on the minimum side and now with the power we are going to larger hulls.....that is cool.
IT just gets better and better!

Actually Jeff... I'm REALLY hoping that the membership of NAMBA sees the light and realizes that we need to get these hull sizes in check... It's only going to be "cool" for a small part of the membership that can afford to put together a 39" P-Mono setup if we don't get some length restrictions in place like IMPBA is trying to do... I'd really rather see a system where more people can participate on a competitive level...Originally posted by Jeff Wohlt View Post...and now with the power we are going to larger hulls.....that is cool.

In other words... I REALLY don't WANT to build a HUGE P-Mono... I'd rather build something that's under 34"...Darin E. Jordan - Renton, WA

I agree with you, Darin. We will all be running by ourselves if we can't attract the others that can play a little cheaper yet keep excited about the hobby.
