55" or 36" shockwave hull

Hi to all,
Is a shockwave hull any good for a convert fe ?
Any input on size motor to push 36" or 55" hull to 45mph with some good run time ?

I've thought about getting a SW36 and using a CC1717 for mid 50's on 5s2p
and the 55incher would need a CC2028 or Leopard 5692 on 8s2p to get mid 40's

the 1717 would be nice, depends if you like to go big or not, the 55 would sound awesome with the right setup.

I have a 36"gas, but never ran it.
And i can get old nice 55"hull with a motor, but the weedwacker motor needs to be installed in it.
For like $175.00
