I'm worried I've been screwed. I bought a genesis boat from this site and no purchase confirmation, no shipping info, and no answer at their phone line for 3 days.

Ive ordered a few things from them. They are slow with the shipping updates. The last order i made with them about a month ago I got shipping confirmation the same day I got the stuff in the mail.Comment

I hope that is the case here. I tested them buy sending an inquiry. I got one reply from them to make a sale, but when I sent another question on pricing I never got a reply. I have purchased from them several times and never had a problem. They have never answered my emails, but the items I ordered have been received very quickly (don't remember receiving any shipping notices) Batteries, several small esc, esc program card/box are some of the items I ordered. It is definitely a "mom & pop" shop, the owner's name is Alex.Comment

I have ordered lipos for my planes several times from them and received the order 2-3 later. I never tried emailing them so I can't comment on that. They have been around for 5+ years. Mom and Pop for sure, but never let me down.Comment
