I recently bent my fiegao 9xl 380 shaft mounted in my 34" ekos. Sux... Was wondering if there is a replacement available or am I buying complete motor again? Thanx for tips and answers.

call fine design marine they replaced the rotor on one of my 6xls. It had a shaft ground down to 1/8th inch and a faulty flex shaft created the problem. -
Wonder why it bent. Make sure your collet has minimal runout, and that your props are balanced.Comment
