esc program card?

I have a HK 125amp esc and need a program card. Is there a particular 1 I have to use, or can i use a different 1 for programming. Can't seem to get it to take program using my trigger t/x.

I think on the trigger tx you have to apply full brake on the trigger which should be the same as full down on a stick rx. Thanks.
