Absolutely. Most motors (all that I know of) use the exact same rotor in a manufacturers series. An example would be the Neu 1515 motor. It doesnt matter if you have a 0.5Y or a 4D the rotors are exactly the same. As long as the end play is adjusted so that the rotor is adjusted to be centered in the motor iron you are perfectly fine.
