connecting 2 esc

i want to connect 2 Hydra 120 LV , on the same Lipo pack
do i need to take care to something in particular ??

not a very good picture but you will get the idea.

the batteries I use are 5000mah wired in parallel (2p) feeding seaking 180 ESC's.
