Adding cap to a ESC

So if I add caps how many do I add, to see a drop in temp on a 180 HK. I am also adding more water cooling , my thinking here is being able to turn bigger props am I correct with that

I added two more of the same type, 1000uf 35v, and my cap temps came down about 50%........now come in around 120* or so.
