Thread size for 1/8" Shafts??

Would someone happen to know off hand the thread size for a standard 1/8" prop shaft??

It is a 5-40 thread I believe. I could recheck my tap and die I have for that, but I know it is the #5 size.

Yes, 5-40. You can do a metric also because finding those nuts are not easy to find to remain small on the OD unless you get a few from Octura.
