If you look past the ban and at the info you have given, you may see the problem. this is the same type of information we get from BOTS, Hijackers and Hackers attempting to storm the forum on a daily basis. It is all delt with in the same manner to ensure security. We do take it seriously. We are looking at a possible reenstatement. Sometimes thinking someting is cute may result in diffacult results. Just a thought.

I was an active "new" member, till I got frustrated. with admins, then made the change.

This is the same thing we do in out chat rooms to prevent them from being taken over. When someone brings a bot in the room it starts kicking the room owners, hosts and bots out. Then bans our IP's. I never thought about terible affects that floding would have on a forum. I see what they are saying also.

so...i work in a drafting lab that conviently has a laser cutter...would i be able to just use those plans to directly cut out the parts?

this would be my first build...my bad if its a noob question.

If you have access to the cutter and that is the metod you want to use to cut the parts that would be OK. Also I think with a little modifacation to the cowling you you could build the 1/10 Pay and Pak in to the Atlas pretty closely.
