self righting boat

i was reading a wile back on here about a self righting boat in the 20-26" range. but i cant for the life of me find the site again so if any of you remeber the boat and have a link id apritiate it.

mono. had hardware preinstalled. fairly cheap.
think they had different colors on the botton and the top.

no it was not the HOR one.
im pritty shure it was an american site ( think quite possible american made as well).
it diddent show up for me when i searched for "self righting" here on the forum yesterday so thats why i am hoping sombody remebers it :)
