Things are going well for the racers. Rod is doing a great job of hosting and keeping the heats moving at a good place. The pig roast was a total success last night. Plenty of top quality barbecued ribs and pulled pork. The best barbecue I've ever had.
I personally didn't do well at all. But my son Stevie took 2nd overall in N1 mono behind Wilmer O. Stevie owes a big thanks to Reed Eagle for sending him a custom gearbox built by Ned Schmidt. By running the gearbox in overdrive it added 4mph to the ToysPort Ozones top speed.
Lots more stuff going on today.
I hope someone will post pictures of Ken Haines pits. He's got a top notch setup and one hell of a competitor.
