Pursuit Upgrading

Hi I have bought me a Pursuit which I plan to upgrade.
What do you think about this setup:?

ESC: Turnigy Marine 180A
Motor: Feigao 540 9XL 1898 RPM / VOlt

How big battery can I run with this setup?
How much speed can I expect to get on the boat with this setup?

45mph - 55mph, 4s1p or 4s2p(better to handle the amp draw). Props to try m445, x642.
Do a search under Delta Force or Pursuit and you will find a LOT of data on this boat and various motors, props, and speeds.

Try these out. There are many more threads if you look around a bit. I have run that very same boat in a few configurations 8xl, 10xl and some 580L motors. The 8xl will be fast, but will probably cause you issues with amps. I think your selection of 9xl will be pretty good. Not crazy fast, but more reliable. The 10xl was to slow for me. All on 4s. Crank up the trim tabs just a bit and then come back down as needed. You will get a lot more speed with less amps...

2200kv will rip nicely on 4s and x or m 445/447 prop.
