I made my first ever order yesterday and within 30 minutes it went from processing to shipped. I read if you use the paypal paylater option they have it won't change status till you send them the paypal confirmation number or something.

Always pay for EMS shipping. You're already paying a lot for shipping, spend the extra 10 bucks and get it in 5 days instead of 3-4 weeks.

Geez................thats truly lame on their part. I wonder sometimes how these places run.

Cant complain about the prices and all my turnigy lipos and ESC's!

Email them, and ask for a shipping refund. They are good at answering Emails.

Interesting, I have always used their standard shipping and unless customs hold up the shipment, I receive the package within 7 days after it was shipped. Mind you they probably know what an asshole I can be and put on the white glove service

Edit: also there is at least one plane that arrives from Hong Kong every day in Vancouver

Wow, thats fast! I've used the standard twice, and waited 3 weeks. That was at least a year ago though. The other thing is, it seems when you pick EMS, it pretty much ships immediately. I got Email confirmation for shipping a few hours later on my last order.

I emailed them about the boxes. Since I paid for EMS I asked for a discount. It was like $40 shipping!

Right after i sent the email I got a response that said the box came in and my order will be shipped asap. Sadly it is still processing....
