    Hey Doug,
Casey kicked butt at the SAWs, what happened to Dad (just teasing, I'm still king of burnt parts)?

Where are we going? And why am I in this handbasket?

The funny part is the N2 and P setups are so mild as far as the power system goes it's amazing. The monos and sport boats will all run a full mile+ with no changes (probably would put cooling on the motors). The hulls won't handle any more power. Nothing burns up, some of my batteries are a year and a half old and still going strong. My biggest maintinence item is changing out connectors as they get worn out.

Put some length restrictions on all classes and go to a mile long race, the rules are very workable as they sit (ignoring German doomsday predictions). It's a pain to tech cells for records, but that doesn't happen very often anyway.

The LS/LSO/SV's are a kick to race, but so are the open classes.

        Brian,
Yes sir, Casey made me proud...... I paid dues all weekend. LOL
I'm going to see if he'll wrench on my boats next year.

I'm not sure where we're going, but we're going to get there Fast!!!

Length restrictions, however, I'm not convinced at this time, that they should cross over to SAWs.

It will be interesting to see where we are this time next year.

See you on the other side!!

Just for the record I have the "bad boy" pmono that Doozie races against! I its not all that "bad" anyway, yes it has a $ 300 NEU motor, yes it has a $500 esc, and yes its fast. But I have limited set up/driving skills with a mono, so up against Flyguy55( on RRR) I can not keep up with his SV27, Flyguy drives way better than I do! I dont care that he whips me in competition it just inspires me to practice and learn more.

Enough of this big dollar/low dollar CRAP, lets just HAVE FUN these are just models!

Also for the record I have raced 1/8 scale gas offroad, so buying $1000 dollar models is nothing new to me.

Go buy a Traxxas Revo and upgrade the radio and tell me how much you spent, I will bet many of you own a n RC car or 2 but I dont hear you guys complaining to the manufactures about how much you spent.

My uncle had an RC100 with a McCoy .19 in it. I one upped him big time with an RC250 and a K&B 3.5.

Was your RC500 2 or 4wd? I had that stupid cable driven 4wd setup, talk about unreliable.
