It's a tough boat to setup for FE. You'll have to build something like a rigger tub under the main hatch to seal all the electrical stuff. The hatch is actually that entire deck between the sponsons.
I can't answer how good the hull is. Like most, it's got potential.

I really like the looks of Phil's new boat.

Would this be a hard thing to do, or just leave it like it is?

That's a LeeCraft sport 20.

Are those as good as a Phil Thomas hull?
