Is this strut big enough

Is he using a wire drive? i thought their rules stated a solid shaft.

If you go to the Boca Bearing website here are the part # for the bearings that work with jeff struts and a .78 wire with 3/16th stub one is a flanged bearing one is an internal bearing use on of each on the wiredrive this # is for a 4 pack of each there no very expensive like 12 bucks for 4 bearings 4 last me all season

that is basically the same setup I used on most of my 1/10th scale boats though I used a Dave Brown Carbon tube that had a .250 ID for the bearings and the strut was different.

so jeffs strut has a .250 ID
Humm more to think about now as I still have perfectly good bearingd that are for .125 shaft and .250 OD

I am so new at this I have been only going to the ones that know. Rod Sanata, Mark Beatty and David Newland. Good luck and if you find anything more out on this pleas let me know.
