The more I look at this hull, it is very well designed and built....reinforced transom...sharp edges...a super sharp turn fin and very neat hardware....duly impressed.....Insane, build some more hulls for the FE crowd.

Yea the turn fin is super sharp! I've cut and stuck myself about 8 times even though I'm trying to be careful. I've got it way up on the shelf so the kids can't get close to it!

Looks like you have the bracket to within about 1-inch of the right side...or is that just the perspective in the photo?

I've run the Spec setup in 3-4 inch wind chop with no problem - super stable. Haven't run in heat racewater but by all indications it should survive well; the balance and tracking is rock solid.

Might be a bit much size-wise on the batt's unless you run two 3S packs in series.

Nope. But if all you have are 6S packs, you can surgically separate them into two
3S packs & do a little soldering. I've done this for one of my boats and works well if you're careful.

I was told roughly 3 weeks when I wanted to get one. It probably takes a while before they are ready to ship if they have to cure/dry. I was over anxious and couldn't wait that's how I ended up with Marks!
