Water cooling tubing

In regards to motor cooling jackets and water cooled ESC's what is the size of the water intake tubes? The OSE jacket uses what size tubing? I wish the manufacturers would state the tubing size used for water transfer.

Either 7/32 or 1/4" will fit most all of them.
