What Feigao 580l motor for a 37.5" Mono

How can you hold me one Steven, i want a 1527 1Y or something similar or faster even a 1.5d as long as it can hold 6s.

Kind of need it in a hurry because its a school project. Expensive school project.

I know ive asked this so many times but i seem to get no answer.

According to the Neu chart if i want to run 6s its suggested to get a 1527 1Y.

Although i would like more speed and have been told to get the 1527 1.5D but they say to not run it on 6s and on 4s according to the Neu chart.

So does the 1.5D have more power then the 1Y and can i run the 1.5D on 6s?

Also i dont get the Neu chart, it like says for a small hull 30 to 34" which they classify it as being a heavy hull, wont it be the larger the hull the heavier it will be as they got larger hulls which are 39" to 41" and they say they are small Light hulls.

So my big question is i want speed do i go for the 1.5D and run it on 6s instead of the 4s thats recommended or do i go for the 1Y and run it on 6S???

the 1.5d pushed my heavy sprintcat to about 64 mph on 5s2p with a CC lv 240 and a x455. Temps were pretty warm on all components though. The same speed could have been reached with a 1y on 6s2p and cooler temps though.

I'm sorry if you are in a hurry, I have to suggest you find someone that has them instock. I dont want to promise you something I can't get quickly.

Why do you think you cant run a 1.5D on 6s? If you prop it correctly, it should be fine according to the chart i'll post below which states its capable of 60,000 rpms and 40 volts, which you would be nowhere near. The neu's are supposed to handle rpms and juice..............hence the price.

The vid is with a 1521..........your wanting a 1527, big difference!

A 1527 1.5d pull BIG amps. If you run 6s and prop down, whats the point. You want to take advantage of the ability to swing a big prop, hence the big motor. I'd say it's good for 5s max unless it's a saw setup.

I'd go with the 1527 1Y on 6s, the 1521 wont get you 60............high 40's maybe.
