JAE 33 outrigger

JAE 33 outrigger on 6S SSS 4082 1650kv seaking 200 amp esc with an H 7 prop. We have a smaller pond running 2 1/4 mile laps and we run timed laps best time wins. Wondering if this is a fast setup???? Any advice welcome.

You can test a slightly smaller or lower-pitch prop (like an H6 or X457) and focus on CG and turn fin setup, as consistency and corner speed usually win timed laps more than top-end speed.
