What 120a ESC's are available?

Yeah, I had two of them... Right after configuring them, one blew up in smoke on the bench. Not having much luck with these cheap ESC's lately...

I've smoked a few Aquastars on my blackjack twin. Not 100% sure what the deal was.

Have you tried the Himodel GX200? Another cheap option with added capacity. Less then $135 for 2 delivered.

Ah yes, I recall reading about doing water cooled conversions on them. That might be a good option. Was it an ETTI cooling plate? Like this? http://www.himodel.com/electric/60x_...ing_Plate.html

60%... Cheap Chinese parts... 60% success rate that is... I really need to quit messing with the cheap stuff... I get caught up in silly price games not taking into account how much grief and extra cost they are in the long run...

well hydra esc,s use Chinese parts, you will find most of the components in a esc are, even if the company is american parts are still from over seas.
the fets maybe fair-child u.s but still made in china

Definately go turnigy/hobbywing 180.... they are a little large, I've got 4 of them and am super happy with them.... a great esc for the money, in fact I wouldn't sell any of them as they are worth every penny!
