    SK Daddle 2 power

Hello, I am new to this forum and appreciate being accepted. I have experience with model airplanes growing up, but I’ve since decided to build some model boats. I need some opinions on power for a specific boat. I’m finishing up a Dumas SK Daddle Too and looking to power it. I was thinking either a TFL jet, but not sure which size or a TFL outboard. Suggestions would be appreciated. The boat is 26 inches long and pretty average for what a little wooden boat would be I guess. Regards, Greg

I am running a TFL Scale O/B on a 24" Dumas Hot Shot. Only ran it a couple time and still dialing it in, but performs well so far.

For that size hull I’d go with the TFL outboard. The jet units are fun, but they aren’t as efficient and won’t push that boat as well.

Thank you for the advice. I did in fact get a TFL scale for it. Sorting through that right now. Can't wait to splash her! IMG_7203.jpg
