Noiskilling a deep vee?

There is a law against running boats with engine, only rowing boats can be used. But there is not a law on running RC boats.

Last year i ran a SV27, and there were no complaints.
So if i only could make it sound more like an SV it would be fine.

I will try to fill the boat with som noiskilling stuff and see if there is a difference.
