I got a Dimension Engineering Lipo Shield cutoff unit a few weeks ago and installed it in my SV. I tried it for the first time today and am having an issue. The green LED blinks 4 times, showing it recognizes 4S, but it wont let the ESC power up. No "beep, beep" from the SV esc. The steering works, but nothing on the throttle side. Packs are at 8.4V each. I bypassed the LVC and everything works fine. Put it back in the curcuit and nothing on the throttle side. Ive checked continuity and have good power to the LVC. Any ideas?

Do you have the 3 Rx wires going to right places? The color for the signal wire on the LVC is orange, which could be white on your esc.

With the one I had the pins didn't make good contact. I had to bend them slightly to make it work. Might be the same problem?

I just checked continuity through all 3 wires. With it completely disconnected, using the unit by itself, I have continuity throught the pos and neg but nothing thru the signal wires thru the unit. My guess, its bad. Im gunna shoot Steven an email...Comment
