The Pro boat was made to run slow on gas. I watched a pro boat that was made in to a nitro boat and it ran good at the slower speeds and when it got some air under it from the wind at top end there was nothing to fix when it hit the water. If you make this in to a FE you better add some glass if you want it to last. That is why I got a 1/8 kit not a pro boat. Not sure but I was told you can't run pro poats in scale class as they are not scale. just my 2 cents. like I said when that pro boat hit the water there was nothing left. I am going to run mine on 8s and a scorpin motor.

only my planes, and edf's.. anyways, if you knew of my other boat threads you would see that i ALWAYS reinforce my hulls, bulk heads, and cf to the max!!! i dont have the time to race, but love having my knees knock so i build all my boats for "sport" only... thank you everyone for your input! and as for throwing it away... not gonna happen.
