N2 power question

Yes they have taps, it says on the site do not charge through the output leads, so I figured it charged through the balancer somehow, after talking with flight they said to charge through the output leads, When it all comes in ill figure it out.

Hmm. I charge mine through the taps. I wonder if I am doing it wrong now??? I need to bust out the polyQuest instructions again...Ugg

LSH called and said packs were in, I got spooked and changed the order. Two 25C 5000 mah 7.4 volt lol.. now need to decide on the motor, my gut tells me to go 6XL that it may be more robust than the L series not sure if the 20+-K is enough rpm. is there a 5xl anywhere?

I would think 30k @ the least. I would (& am) gona use the L motor.

I'm gettingready to give a 6xl a go. We did a little testing with the L. It seems as though heat will be an issue on the big course. 140' after 1/2 mile.

cool let us know Doug! I talked to Ray Fuller the other day, and he suggested a 1509 1.5d Neu motor.
though I really dont feel like paying that much for a motor right now. Buying 2 1521s was bad enough.

After doing the math on the 6xl...20K? I would imagine a larger prop is going to be needed????
