Stuffing Tube / Drive Line / Motor Help

Does anyone have a diagram of the drive line for reference so I can try to build my own? I thought there was a sticky on here that described how to make your own, from motor shaft to prop nut. I understand the basics but get confused once it gets to the strut. Like diameters and lengths for the bushing, shaft and sleeve. where to put it, etc.

I have the plans for the Newton Marines Winston Eagle (Lobster) and would like to scale it down to about 26-30 inches and make it electric, but what I run into is what motor to put in it. I have the ProBoat Brushless Blackjack and was thinking that might be what I need. This is all confusing to me.

Any other advice on this please chime in, I appreciate any input.

If you want to save your self a lot of work I have been making the Winston Eagle (Lobster) In four sizes for many years. The best for the Pro Boat motor is the 30 inch size one. Look at the Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber Sport 20 It may work for you.

That is totaly cool You can build it out of wood too, there is a lot of people that will help you on hear if that is your choice.
