Like you said, you can always go up a cell from 6 to 7S. And playing around with props will bring you close and maybe a little over your target. But keep a close eye on temps. Don't want to bring out the magic smoke!! With a lower torque motor like the 1Y you can get away swinging a slightly bigger prop to reach speed. Let me fun begin

Yeah, I meant burning up the esc or puffing your lipo cells. Hope you don't smoke, being 16 and all. Not good for your health!
