Try reinstalling Chrome. I use it and am not having these issues. The earlier versions of chrome had this issue.Government Moto:

Like it was mentioned, that was one of the JAG boats, Joerg's to be more precise, he crashed around 140mph and went under, 3 days later the hull was found and the little fella had claimed it as his home... pretty funny if you ask me.
