SWANG it! anyone try these esc's?

I just emailed my contact at Swang and told him if they would also water cool the Atlantis series they would probably sell them! He said they would work on it.

It would be nice to be able to program with a pistol radio also, since they will only program with stick now

Do you have one of the Atlantis controllers? How do you know it won't program with a pistol style? I don't want to bring that up unless I know FOR SURE about it.

Well, for one thing, the last time I checked the cheapo ESC's were backordered for 80 gazillion years. Doesn't help when the race is sunday.

which cheapos are you talking about? The ones here are for sale right now on ebay. If you are referring to the Seaking esc's that were recalled for redesign, they will be re-released soon. The 180s are ready now but the 120A's are delayed until mid october.

I don't know WHERE you can get one by Sunday....of any brand...unless from Castle or Steven and paying them for overnight shipping!

I got one of the 60A Flyermate Atlantis for 10 bucks including shipping. I was wondering if I might be able to use a program card if possible on this even though it has direction to program by beeps and boops.

A report on RRR by Ken Joye said he loves his and has tested it with a pretty big set up. Pistol ready, water sealed (DP270 probably and to his door $81.00)

Just add a cooler to it. I have new coolers coming in that are an alum block which will cool more evenly than water on the side type coolers. They should be a big improvement.

If they offer the card then GRAB it...they are no fun listening to beeps
