Well guys here it is. Post number 1000. it took me alot longer than I thought it would. I have slowly been getting back into my hobby stuff. We have 71 days untill the wedding. I will not be back to building untill after the holidays. I do plan the next gen rescue boat and a scale cat. For now I am just spending a couple minutes here and there on the Cat. I may get it in the water before September....lol.

Ive dropped back a ways as well I think im around 235. summer is just a busy time of year for us in michigan. get everything done before winter again. paint house, build fence, blah blah blah!

i wish i lived up there in michigan....basically all my family does except us down here....i went there last christmas break and saw snow for the first time....my grandfather owns a large farm up there too....and its actually legal to drive around quads and dirtbikes....

Once my kids became old enough I started to incorporated them in my hobbies. Now my hobbies are their hobbies. Now a trip to the pond means I'm a pit crew and not a driver any longer. Not that I mind. We kind of have a running joke going, every-time they throw a boat in the water, I get the first lap. I can just hear my son Stevie in my head "OooooooH come on Dad, I want to drive!"

Yeah I can see them days comming. I have just been asked for help from some one in the family with a 14 year old. Seems he fell in with one of the local bad kids. His mom asked if I can get him into boats and away from trouble.. I said sure..I will need to tap into is collage fund...:D..lol
