Anyone know how to bind a new Rx to the PB TX?

Have my stock PB 2.4 gig Spektrum Tx here and a friend would like it. I need to bind it to a new Rx and I see nothing to do so.

This video has the general procedure. You'll need a bind plug for the RX, and then depending on the radio there is either a bind menu or a bind button to initiate the bind command once the RX has the bind plug installed and the RX has power.

Bind plug in the rx, power it up, hold the wheel and throttle in the failsafe position you want, turn on the TX while holding the throttle and wheel, wait until the light on the rx quits flashing it's bound.
